Privacy Policy

Last Updated: October 25, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the Mirket app (the "App") uses on iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch, and what happens to it. In short: Mirket has no accounts, everything it measures about your posture stays on your devices, and the only data that leaves them is anonymous usage and crash information and what's needed to manage your purchases.

Summary: We do not sell personal data and Mirket contains no advertising and no tracking across other companies' apps. Your posture data (head angles, sessions, routines) is stored on your devices and, if you turn on iCloud, in your own private iCloud account; it is never sent to us or to our service providers. To improve the app we receive anonymous usage statistics and crash reports, which you can turn off in Settings › Share anonymous usage.

1. Head-Motion Data

Mirket uses the head-tracking sensors in compatible AirPods and other headphones (through Apple's Core Motion framework) to estimate the forward tilt of your head. With your permission ("Motion & Fitness"), the App reads this motion data while a session runs or while you look at Mirket's live view.

2. Where Your Data Is Stored

3. Notifications

Cues, reminders and trial reminders are local notifications created on your device. We do not use push notifications and do not receive any notification data.

4. Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, email, payment details or Apple Account information. To check whether Mirket Pro is active on your devices, the App uses RevenueCat, a subscription service. RevenueCat receives a random identifier created by the App, your purchase and subscription history from the App Store, and basic device and app information (such as the device model, operating system, app version, country and currency). See RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

5. Usage Statistics and Crash Reports

The App uses Google Firebase to understand how it is used and to fix problems:

You can turn off usage statistics and crash reports at any time in Settings › Share anonymous usage. If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may also provide us with anonymous, aggregated crash and performance reports. Mirket can collect crash and performance diagnostics on your device (Apple MetricKit); these stay on your device unless you choose to send them to us from Settings › Send diagnostics. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

6. Third Parties

Mirket contains no advertising networks. Besides Apple's own services (App Store, iCloud, Watch Connectivity and the operating system's sensors, covered by Apple's Privacy Policy), the App uses two service providers, only for the purposes described above: Google Firebase (usage statistics, crash reports and remote settings) and RevenueCat (purchase management). They process data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside your country. We do not sell or share personal data for advertising.

7. Your Choices and Rights

8. Children

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Health Information

Mirket is a wellness app, not a medical device. The head-tilt and neck-load figures it shows are estimates for awareness only. The App does not read or write Apple Health data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
